We offer one type of advertiser account and it is optional. The advertising package consists of sending 1 email ad daily to the entire membership, your one line text links inserted into member ads that are sent - 5 times, and 5000 Hawk Ladder ad points. The package is only $19 - otherwise you can choose the free option. Do I have to accept email ads if I only want to advertise? If you do not want to be part of the membership but want advertising only, you need to choose your account as an "advertiser only" account when you signup. You will not receive advertisements and you can login and add/view your advertising package. Please have your real name or the same email address used while ordering so your account can be found & activated by us. If you accidently chose "member account", it's easy to fix, just login and switch your email receiving option to "INHOUSE ONLY". You will not receive email ads to your ISP (personal) email box. I ordered advertising but it is not activated yet? Usually your advertising order will be effective immediately. If you did not return to our "thank you" page, then we will have to manually activate your advertising since our server did not see you return. Member Questions Can I make money with this site? No, we do not have an affiliate program. This is for you to advertise your websites / programs / blogs and get traffic to them. Can I not receive email ads but send mine? Yes, switch your email receiving option to "INHOUSE ONLY" inside the members area. You can login and gain Hawk Points by viewing other members ads in your browser only How many Hawk Points do I need to send my email ad? 1500 (subject to change as the website grows). You can get between 5-30 points per email ad viewed. Can I buy Hawk points instead? We offer one advertising package and this will allow you to send one email ad daily, plus more advertising. You will not need Hawk Mail points at all. How did I join this site from your other sites? When you joined one of our other list sites (We did a cutoff point upon opening of Hawk, to prevent some from creating multiple accounts to gain multiple free Hawk points here! That is no longer available), we gave you this account plus 500 free Hawk Points and 100 free Hawk Ladder Points. (Please see here on which site that you came from - entire list here) Can I delete my account? Yes, of course. Just login and go to "MISC" and then "remove account" link at the bottom. It is the only red link at the bottom so it's not hard to miss. Step By Step instructions here Hawk Ladder Questions How many Hawk Ladder Points does it take when an actual visitor comes to my site? 5 Ladder Points. We do not subtract them unless someone clicks on your link and actually visits your site. Are Hawk Ladder Points the same as the general Hawk Points? No, they are two seperate points for two seperate advertising methods. What is the "Hawk Ladder"? It's our unusual method of getting traffic to members. It's free and it does not cost. Please log in and you will get the full info on the Hawk Traffic Ladder. MISC Questions What is the is the "Big Bonus!" for viewing a certain amount of email ads every month? When you have met your quota for the month, you will get a free 3000 Hawk Mail Points which equals two free mailings! I never get any emails sent to my ISP email box? This means they are blocked or restricted (amount) and we do not control it. We are putting this domain on as many whitelists and feedback loops as possible to ensure your emails are delivered. If you still have no email from HawkResponder, use a Gmail or a Yahoo in advertising, they are easy and nice to marketers. Or - just login and use the "Inhouse Email Box" we provide. |
